A vacancy has arisen in Novo Nordisk’s Danish and Norwegian affiliate for a strong and experienced Business Analyst reporting to the Business Support Director. About the department The job is located in Novo Nordisk Danish affiliate based in Copenhagen. As Business Analyst you will be part of a team of four dedicated colleagues within logistics, controlling and project management. The Job Your main responsibility will be to deliver excellent analytical decision material for Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Management. In your role as business partner to the organisation you are expected to identify gaps and to challenge the business units, as well as drive improved market understanding. Your focus areas will be on - Providing strong analytical support through business partnering to brand plan processes and market access strategies, Gathering business intelligence, developing scenarios, building sales forecasts and ensure anchoring in the budget process, Driving the call plan process, target setting and follow up with our sales department and Monthly and ad-hoc reporting to management and internal stakeholders, Ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions. The right candidate has the ability to convey facts based market insight in an innovative and effective way and of a quality that will enable driving the business even further. Qualifications The successful candidate has least two years of relevant experience with a proven track record and a relevant master's degree (i.e. in finance or economics). You have outstanding analytical and coordinating skills combined with a strong excel expertise and a structured result oriented approach to your task. You are a valued business partner and you take pride in always taking your analysis one step further to support the business. You are pro-active, high performing, business minded and interested to initiate and drive projects that will positively impact our business. Other key personal qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, good sense of humour, and have a high level of energy. You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (written and spoken) and have full proficiency in English. Experience with SAP and business warehouse is an advantage.
