For our Global Reporting and Controlling department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Business Controller to partake in the financial planning and reporting for Service Wind Power. Currently, the department consists of eight highly skilled finance and controlling specialists who control and monitor four regions as well as our global headquarter and report Business Unit key figures to the Siemens Service Division in the United States. The department works closely together with our executive management in general and the CFO in particular. What are my responsibilities? In you capacity as Business Controller you will carefully monitor and support the global headquarter functions in Denmark, United States and Germany with controlling and planning of key figures. More specifically your tasks will be: Reporting, planning and controlling of key figures for the global headquarter, e.g. revenue, cost, headcount, assets and investments. Allocation of overhead costs and the transfer of cost to other legal entities in Siemens. Controlling of the consolidation of internal revenue with Siemens companies outside Denmark. Global headcount planning and reporting in cooperation with global and local HR. Cost center controlling of headquarter departments in Denmark, working closely together with the senior department managers to validate the financial planning of their cost centers. Managing or supporting ad hoc assignments, e.g. working capital analyses, cost spend monitoring, currency effects and financial reporting projects. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. You are result-oriented and anxious to meet deadlines. You have an eye for details and possess strong analytical skills as well as a quality-oriented approach towards your assignments. Experience with SAP, Excel, SAP-Business Warehouse and/or Oracle Essbase. You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, have good interpersonal skills and are capable of working with people from different cultures and organizational levels. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
