For the Global Training and Resource management departments at our global Service head office in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a new Business Controller. The department supports the business with trainings that enable the technicians to perform the work in the turbines as well as supplies the business with a global pool a technicians. What are my responsibilities? As a business controller you will be the commercial counterpart to the technical managers within the field of training and resources. This includes tasks such as: Statistical analysis (survey data, participant data, installation forecasts etc.) Price calculations of training fees based on ABC Conduct business cases to ensure profitability of decisions Cost Center Controlling of the relevant departments Monthly performance reviews with the business Make forecasting and budgets KPI reporting Ensure SLAs with regional entities Headcount analysis What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master in Business Administration and a couple of years of experience with controlling, preferably within an international company. You have a deep interest in analyzing and working with numbers that drives business decisions. You are self-motivated and willing to learn, and you see this job as a great opportunity for a career in a large multinational environment. As a person you possess strong analytical and social skills, you have an innovative mindset and you demonstrate a quality and result oriented approach to your assignments. In addition, you are a dedicated team player who gets motivated by reaching results through the collaboration with your colleagues, and you possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing. Experience in SAP, SQL server, T-SQL, Tableau, VBA coding is desirable. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
