Description Financial & Business Analysis Support – Projects – Medical Technology Financial Planning and Analyses is a dedicated team of 4 people. The department is reporting directly to the CFO of the company. We are responsible for leading and supporting organic as well as inorganic growth at Radiometer, fulfilling at the same time the strategy of the company. Being cost-conscious, we act as enablers for investments and project developments throughout the organization. Furthermore, we cooperate on a weekly basis with the Vice Presidents from areas of R&D, PRO, Sales, providing them with crucial business analyses and recommendations on necessary actions. You will be a part of the controllers’ team covering a broad area of Global Operations, Research and Development and Commercial Analysis, and report to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analyses. Working place is Brønshøj near Copenhagen, Denmark. The position offers a unique opportunity to be close to Radiometer’s decision makers and have an influence on the directions that Radiometer follows. The job To become successful, you must offer great, highly qualified financial and business support to Radiometer management. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Being a business partner for managers and project leaders from various areas of the company, providing financial and business analysis support. •Analysis of the monthly financials and preparation of forecasts for various business areas, interaction and sparring with those responsible for the departments. •Assistance in preparation of the annual budget, and strategic plan for the financial part of the areas in cooperation with the management, as well as following up on these by measuring Key Performance Indicators and driving progress on most important projects. •Leadership and/or supporting role on various ad hoc projects, which may include profitability analyses of commercial initiatives, strategic investments, risk management projects, M&A, capital investments, and other efforts to continuously improve the existing processes and support the key business activities. •Monitoring of R&D projects including profitability analyses, new product development pipeline reviews, and follow-up on standard cost prices of products.
