Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are now strengthening our Business Category Unit Patient & Post-Acute Care (PPAC) with a talented Business Controller. ArjoHuntleigh is known as the PPAC brand. You will be part of the Nordic Finance team and the goal is to ensure that the finance team is an attractive business partner for the rest of the functions within PPAC Nordic. The position offers you a unique opportunity to join a small collaborative team where you get a high insight of a big variety of finance and controlling tasks. You will interface with a wide variety of stakeholders both within the Nordic organisation and within Group Finance.

The position

In this position you will be responsible for the business controlling in the Nordics. The aim of this position is to secure that the finance team is an attractive business partner. You will be involved in active dialogues between the Nordic PPAC Business and the Group Finance function.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

•To be an acknowledged proactive business partner by delivering valuable reporting and sparring to the business

•Central responsibility for the monthly Group reporting process

•Part of the finance team with responsibility of relevant accounting areas

•Continuously development of reporting processes and analysing tools

•Central role in budget and forecast procedures

•Ad hoc statistics and analyses to both the Nordic business and the Group

•Take part of solving other ad hoc tasks within the finance area.

The position is located in Lynge, Denmark and limited travel estimated to 5-10 days per/year can be required. The position will be reporting to the Nordic Finance Director.

The ideal candidate

The person we are looking for is working as a business controller today, preferably in a large company with local and group functions. You are used to interact with different stakeholders and to analyze performance in a role that gives you a great amount of freedom and own responsibility. You have an ability to transform and organise big data extracts to data that can be analysed.

Some of your key characteristics include:

•Around 3 years of working experience as a business controller, business analyst or similar which has developed strong analytical skills

•A solid wide accounting skills toolbox and advanced knowledge in Excel is required

•Experience with working in M3 is preferable

•Relevant financial degree, e.g. Graduate Diploma (HD) or Academy Profession (AP) (Merkonom) within Finance or similar

•Fluent Danish and English skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus

As a person you are a collaborative and flexible team-player who drives results and takes responsibility. You have an ability to communicate efficiently and to handle multi-tasking. An analytical mindset, a good sense of structure and an ability to meet deadlines are key factors in order to succeed in this role. Being used to working in a changing environment is also important.
