Description We are looking for a strong coordinator for our business with some of the huge global players in the food industry market. You will support two global Key Accounts with functional tasks, providing them with statistics, news about industries and performance for our different regions etc. You will be the primary day-to-day contact internally (BU’s, regional sales, Customer Service, Quality assurance, short term and mid-term strategic plans processes etc and externally with the Global Key Account buyers concerning pricing, business rules, products, and service offer. This is a challenging and demanding position, yet can also be seen as a good entry position, where you develop and improve your personal performance, train your practical skills and grow your platform in the organization pursuing a business oriented career. You will be joining a dynamic team with many ad hoc roles and tasks. Main responsibilities are: -Master the figures and reporting data -Price list responsibility with knowledge of the cost drivers of the ingredients - Be on top of the business development with the key account, including orders portfolio, detailed performance, wins/losses as well as accounts receivable -Market intelligence, internal and external contact mapping (who-is-who), news database searches, new product launches etc. -Solve commercial and operational issues (solution provider) - Strategic process development work - you co-own the roadmaps to secure implementation Qualifications You hold a business degree in marketing, communication or similar. Preferably you have some experience working with customers, customer focussed and result oriented. You must be fluent in English, both oral and in writing. Proficiency in other languages would be beneficial. You find it easy to learn and use new systems and tools. We like systems :) As a person you should be independent but still a team player. You work in a structured and methodical manner but reveal your creative side when finding solutions and flexibility is crucial.
