We are looking for an independent and ambitious new (Senior) Business Development Manager to join Global Marketing, Food & Beverages. If you are interested in having a direct influence on one of Novozymes’ largest industry areas, and if you are looking to develop and demonstrate a varied set of commercial skills as well as build relationships across our functions, this may be the right role for you. You will take a lead on our new business building activities in Food & Beverages outside core. This includes our new platforms and growth areas as well as related or general M&A and partnership activities. Time permitting, you will also take an active role in our general pipeline portfolio management activities. We are looking for a person capable of executing in an area with uncertainty and numerous strategic options. Moderate regional and global travel should be expected. In this position you need to have: A master degree and professional experience from relevant commercial roles, e.g., marketing, management consulting, and/or business development Good strategy capabilities Analytical skills and a structured approach Solid project manager and team player skills with an ability to get things done Good communication skills, including ability to engage with commercial and technical people alike Are you the next Zymer in our team?
