Task and responsibilities You will be part of a dynamic team with direct reference to the top management. You will initiate and implement strategic decisions within sales and marketing and lead the implementation of the sales and marketing excellence programs in the international sales companies. You main tasks will be: Leading the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes – due diligence, valuation, negotiating, and structuring Integration of acquired companies in the corporate structure and processes of William Demant and handling implementation of best practice Planning the strategic goals and present it to the management General management support to global retail and wholesale companies We look for your analytical skills and structured approach, which will help you execute in an area with uncertainty and numerous strategic options. 30 – 50 travel days must be expected. Do you see a match? We expect you to hold a M.Sc. within strategy, M&A, finance or accounting, preferably as cand.merc, cand.oecon or similar. You have a proven track record of accomplishments from your studies but more importantly you are ambitious and ready for the next step in your career. We look for you with 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, M&A or business strategy. Your solid experience origin from management consulting, business development or corporate finance. To succeed in this position you are proactive and dynamic and find it easy to establish and maintain personal relations across a large and global organization with multiple interfaces on different levels of the organization.
