You become part of RH’s Frontend Innovation Team working closely together with R&D, Marketing and Sales developing Living by Danfoss products, a new range of premium electronic thermostats and Smart House solutions. The products offer superior performance and comfort, while saving energy and cost. Analyse and conceptualise market needs and offer clear value proposition concepts Your overall mission is to identify and develop business opportunities by complementing the Frontend Innovation Team with strong commercial insights. Our frontend innovation processes are based on both qualitative analysis and, in particular, quantitative analysis where market trends and needs are compared and translated into concrete market anchored business cases. In other words, you are driven by a passion for innovation, and you have an extremely analytical approach to determining which products are actually viable. As such you discover opportunities and ensure that they are described, prioritised and implemented. More specifically, your key tasks will include to drive product and service portfolio management for Living by Danfoss. You develop a roadmap for products and services to support future sales and head quantitative research in the market. Solid business development experience and strong customer centric focus You have an educational background within economics, IT or business development and a proven track record within product portfolio management – perhaps from the electronics, mechatronics or software industry. In addition, you have a thorough understanding of B2C. As a person you are proactive and self-driven and eager to make a difference. You are service and customer minded, can demonstrate good communication skills, and you are persistent with the ability to compromise. You have the knowledge and talent necessary to positively influence others and finally, you have experience from working cross-functionally and cross-culturally and you speak and write English excellently.
