Key customer management and new sales initiatives
Preferably situated at the Kolding site, you will be part of the Global Sales Pharma Team, which is a part of Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling (BU HFH). You will be responsible for key customers and new sales initiatives in the pharma segment, in selected countries in Europe and Middle East. Through cooperation with your team colleagues, relevant stakeholders in BU HFH, key customers and sales companies you will drive and develop the sale of fluid handling products (Pumps, Valves, Tank equipment and Installation materials) for the pharma segment.

Working with us you will be responsible for, and further develop your competencies within:

• Global key customer management and relationship building
• Development and launch of sales initiatives to grow and develop our local business in selected focus countries in Europe and Middle East
• Being a part of the development of our global pharma strategy, based on your strong market and customer understanding and experience
• Development of pharma sales knowledge and competence at industry, application, process and component level, via training and coaching in Alfa Laval and in our sales channels
• Provide input to BU HFH’s development of new products, product launches, and communication materials for our pharma business
• Maintaining and further development of sales tools and internal sales processes, to secure superior customer experience

In this position you will be able to use your experience and knowledge from the pharmaceutical industry, where you preferably have been working for some years now with sales and business development of fluid handling products or other technical products. You are driven by being part of the international scene and thrive in a larger organization, with professional sales channels, cultural diversity, and a matrix-organization enabling cooperation around the globe.

As a person, your preferred working style is being proactive with a high degree of independence, drive and focus on results. You are driven by building strong international network with customers and colleagues, and you understand the importance of being a good communicator. You enjoy presenting information for relevant stakeholders in a professional and inspiring way, and you speak English on a professional level.
