Business Finance Partner, Research & Development, Bagsværd In Business Finance we are seeking an experienced Finance Partner to support the Vice Presidents and leaders in R&D with forecasting, ad-hoc analytics and transparency on business activities with financial implications. A large part of the role is to drive a change in terms of getting close to the business, understanding the underlying activity drivers (i.e. technologies, processes and strategic choices) and how to generate transparency to overall performance in a science based organization. This is a journey we have embarked on over the last years and continue to pursue. You will be challenged on your abilities to handle multiple tasks at a time, secure complex deliverables within new areas and driving change while establishing good relations with the research and development organization. You are passionate about making a difference, good at establishing and maintaining relations and solid in your analytical approach to problem-solving. In this position you need to have: You hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics You have achieved strong academic results and have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience from an analytical function You are result driven and appreciate working on multiple tasks at a time You have desire for a fast-paced learning curve, and thrive on working independently in new areas You approach challenges in a structured and analytical manner – you have an eye for details but can still communicate the holistic picture clear Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP is an advantage Are you the next Zymer in our team?
