THE ROLE

As Business Intelligence Analyst in our Business Intelligence team, your key objective will be to  increase the level of transparency in Better Collective’s value chain in order to ensure a high level of data-driven decision making that will assure that Better Collective can continuously make strategic and tactical decisions. You will play an important role by taking full ownership of our Analytics and BI platform, Tableau, together with your experienced team members and provide stakeholder management as well as business support to key stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Further develop, implement and roll-out our Tableau solution across Better Collective (Copenhagen, Vienna and Paris) to ensure the highest level of transparency and thereby increasing the level of data-driven decision making within Better Collective
• Help integrating our constantly growing M&A portfolio in our existing BI analytical framework
• Provide business support to our growing number of key stakeholders (among others marketing, sales, finance, content & sites) and help implementing insights and optimisation points across Better Collective
• Further developed churn analysis and customer lifetime analysis
• Continuously analyse, conclude, and present valuable insights w.r.t. Better Collective’s existing markets, potential new markets, competitors, Better Collective brand sites, marketing initiatives and customers.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has a high level of commitment, engagement and motivation
• Is eager to learn, data curious and is capable of working on an abstract level
• Has a profound analytical mindset and a strong ability to grasp the whole value chain
• Works proactively and has excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Has the ability to comprehend complex frameworks and is very detail oriented
• Preferred but not required to have experienced with Analytics and BI platforms such as: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. As well as, a basic understanding of Excel
• Preferred but not required to have experienced from student assistant jobs within the field of Business Intelligence, in-house consulting or other commercial business related analytical department
• Has excellent recommendations and a proven track record
• Has just finished or is finishing your master’s degree in the field of commercial business, statistics, mathematics or engineering.
