Business Intelligence Manager As Business Intelligence Manager you will be a key figure in a newly formed BI Center of Excellence (BI CoE). The mission of the new function is to enable Novozymes to answer the pressing questions of tomorrow by bringing Business Intelligence and Analytics to new levels across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient processes for the specification of reports, KPIs, scorecards and dashboards with the objective of exceeding stakeholder expectations, both in terms of tangible results and quality of service. Furthermore, you will charged with the responsibility of ensuring our global KPI and reporting catalogues and business glossaries are up to date, and used proactively when consulting with the business. You will help drive the BI and Analytics agenda by proactively entering a dialogue with your key stakeholders in the various functional areas. Together you will define innovative and creative recommendations to further develop the way we work with Business Intelligence and Analytics in Novozymes. You will be working closely with Business IT to conduct high-quality analysis, conceptualization and specification of solutions to be implemented by Business IT. You will also be collaborating with Business IT to define the structure of our SAP Business Objects reporting, from a holistic corporate perspective. The position is based at Novozymes’ office in Bagsværd, Denmark, and you will report to the Head of Data Excellence and BI CoE in Corporate Functions. Qualifications - You hold a Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or IT Background from a top tier management consulting company and/ or business background with +5 years of BI experience - You have strong communication skills across all levels within an organization, and are fully proficient in English - You have good business partnering skills and are persistent without being inflexible - Experience working on transformational reporting and IT supported projects - Proficient in the use of the BI front end tools at the level of senior consultant Challenges To be successful you will need to be perceived as a “Trusted Advisor” by key stakeholders and have the ability to bridge Line of Business, the BI CoE and Business IT. Furthermore, you will be looked upon to define and drive a vision of how our BI and Analytics solutions can help the different functional areas in Novozymes achieve their business goals.
