Innovation and stakeholder management As Business Intelligence Manager, you join 5 colleagues in Billund. Here, you will spend 80% of your time supporting your own area and services. And, depending on your background, it can also be split between services in our portfolio. Also, you will spend 20% of your time as a highly valued BI partner, who innovate and develop the team and our portfolio. Based on the direction set by your Manager, you: - Are responsible for stakeholder management and identifying new relevant stakeholders - Use your expert knowledge within your area or services to function as a highly valued partner in setting the direction for the team - Assist in developing team members based on your observations of performance and identifying needs for new competencies within the team - Help develop our portfolio based on customer experience and analyses for the future High performance culture with room to play You will join a team with a high level of expertise and big ambitions for the future. Be the expert who strives to evolve In this position, you will exercise expert stakeholder management while ensuring a constantly high level of BI support with the needs of our customers as a top priority. To succeed, you have: - At least 5 years of experience within Business Intelligence, enabling you to set the bar for BI excellence as well as a proven track record of innovation and improvements within BI - Minimum 1 year of experience with stakeholder management (as the driver of networks or similar) and you have consistently good recommendations, making this a natural next step in your BI career - A degree in Science, as a Production Engineer or similar and any leadership training and/or courses is an advantage but not a prerequisite - Experience with SAP and SAP BW or SAP BO, and you have specialist knowledge of BI tools - An outgoing and outspoken personality, and as both our team and our stakeholders are international, you speak and write English effortlessly - it is an extra plus, if you also know Danish, Spanish or Chinese.
