We are expanding our business analysis function due to an increased focus on productivity and cost within our global clinical development organisation. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious team, have impact and support the management in decision making.

About the department
Global Development is the Novo Nordisk area responsible for the global clinical research and project management of our products in development with approximately 1400 people working in the area. It is a complex environment with many projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis on global trial performance, capacity and cost management is critical to us.

You will be part of Business Analysis, Strategic Development which is the staff area within Global Development. We are a global department of 10 dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across the global clinical development organisation.

The Position
You will be responsible for supporting our development projects with a special focus on our clinical trial budgets, capacity and performance management. Another important aspect of the role is to support management by creating transparency and analysis for informed decision making. In this connection it is very important that you have the capability to turn complex analysis into clear conclusions and easy to understand communication slides.

Qualifications
You hold a master’s degree in business or equivalent. You have 3-7 years of experience within business analysis or controlling showing both strong analytical and communication skills.

As a person you are outgoing, self-driven, ambitious, analytical, a good communicator and function well in a dynamic environment. Above skills is of major importance as you have to establish a strong collaboration with the project organisation based on mutual trust and be considered a value adding business partner.

You have strong business acumen and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds. In addition, you are fluent in written and spoken English and proficient with IT-tools.
