The Growth Unit is responsible for delivering growth to the Maersk Oil portfolio through Exploration and M&A activities. We Offer You will be part of a small, flexible team that works closely with senior management focusing on Exploration and M&A. The team is responsible for target setting, management reporting and performance management in the global Growth Unit; linking corporate strategy, business plans and financial forecasting/reporting. You will report to the head of Growth Performance management and reporting. The position is a new position created to support our growth efforts in the newly established global Growth unit in Maersk Oil and will give you significant insight into Maersk Oil globally and the opportunity to work with Oil & Gas Exploration and M&A. You will be working in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization and the position will provide a strong network and foothold for a future career within Maersk Oil. Key Responsibilities Your primary tasks will include: • Support target setting and the development of business performance contracts • Develop and prepare business performance dashboards and analysis • Prepare and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly Growth management reporting • Coordinate planning and performance input across the global business units • Prepare quarterly performance reviews for senior management • Coordinate and prepare management reporting within the Growth Unit and Maersk Oil and to the A.P. Møller-Maersk Group • Contribute to department/ad hoc tasks for senior management. Who we are looking for We expect you to have a master degree, preferably some years of working experience and a strong interest to work within performance management. You have strong analytical skills, a passion for numbers and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. You must be strong on coordination, have good interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities as well as individual drive. You are pro-active and focused on execution and can communicate across all levels of the organization.
