Job Summary

To coordinate the Operations by facilitating the Governance implementation in O&M Projects.  This position will be in charge to manage the BP team and ensure the technical support for the Operations in terms of Process and Production, Quality, Reliability and Maintenance and Technical Training as well as to facilitate the support for Sales Department.

 

Education

  • Chemical Engineering Degree or Equivalent, Safety Qualification NEBOSH

 

Technical Knowledge & Specific Experience

  • Minimum of 5 -10 years experience in manufacturing, materials, cement, technical support and operations.
  • Deep understanding of Cement Production Process and Optimization.
  • Deep understanding of mass & heat balances, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, numerical methods, combustion, materials science.
  • Proven Management skills, able to coordinate a team of people based in different locations
  • Understanding of principles on project management and economic evaluation.
  • Ability to define and solve multi-point problems.
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, Tableau, Bomgar, Salesforce
