Do you have solid business process engineering experience? Do you have a commercial mindset and strong communication skills? Then you might be our new Business Process Engineer for the eBusiness & Global Processes team. Global Service, eBusiness & Global Processes Vestas' global service business was spun out as a separate business unit during 2014 due to the growing commercial and strategic significance of the service business. With our corporate strategy "Profitable Growth for Vestas" we have communicated specific, ambitious growth targets for service in coming three years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally. The eBusiness & Global Processes team is responsible for developing the business systems, processes, information infrastructure and eBusiness/eServices necessary to support this transformation. All change programs and solutions are defined closely together with colleagues across all service functions - both corporate and regional. Responsibilities: You will be business process management partner for Vestas Service product management and commercial areas, integration with contract lifecycle, and ensure cost effective business process readiness to produce and distribute new products before they go the market. Your responsibilities: Execute business process management practices to increase the profitability of our Service business Support standardization, integration and implementation of commercial processes Manage interfaces between the processes you support and other areas of the organization with clearly documented internal SLA's and input/output quality criteria Business process engineering for new and existing products Ensure close collaboration with Subject Matter experts in the sales business units Process support partner for business and IT projects related to your area of responsibility Represent Service in the Vestas QMS community as BPS for Product and Innovation Responsible for keeping the Service Processes in our process portal updated at all times Conduct yearly Process Review and Process Update for the Service Domain as well as the Product Improvement Domain (part of ISO certification) Qualifications: Academic degree Master level or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role for international company Superior understanding of Vestas (or comparable other) organization's Process landscape, preferably in a SAP environment Business process engineering experience Detailed understanding of critical path of customer satisfaction and operational excellence (i.e. from Vendor to Customer) Competencies: Ability to map, design, and publish processes and roles (preferably in ARIS) Able to plan, facilitate and conduct workshops and training Strong on networking in a cross cultural environment Commercial mindset Superior written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English What we offer: You will contribute to developing a high-performing and high-paced team in a global environment.
