Carlsberg Global Business Services has a vacancy for an experienced, supply chain professional to take on the position as Business Process Expert in Demand & Supply Planning. Your responsibilities Stakeholder management •Act as subject matter expert in Demand & Supply Planning •Contribute to Centre of Excellence / Planning expert community •Participate in relevant alignment activities with both central and local teams Continuous improvements •Drive identification and clarification of new business requirements within own process area •Support initiation and manage scope of change requests for improving solutions and processes •Update business process documentation •Develop training material •Run and participate in relevant training activities •Prepare and conduct testing of changes to be released to live system environment •Participate as project resource in change projects (ad hoc) Operations & support •Support in relevant system incidents related or impacted by specific business processes •Provide feedback on ways of working questions related to own process area •Support BPM in business process monitoring & follow-up We are looking for a candidate who •Are experienced in SAP APO at super user level •Has profound experience within Demand & Supply Planning •Has experience from an international consumer goods company with focus on standardization and optimisation •Has ability to travel up to 60 days per year; during start-up period slightly more intense travelling to our Supply Chain HQ in Switzerland is expected •Is outspoken and able to cope with various tasks at the same time •Has a Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business or similar •Is fluent in English Interested If you have any questions regarding this position, please contact Senior Business Process Manager Flemming Møller, flemming.moller (at) carlsberg.com Application deadline: 10/01/2016 Working days: Day Location: Copenhagen Contacts: Flemming Møller Home page: http://www.carlsberggroup.com Send application Carlsberg Global Business Services is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group.
