We improve life quality with building implants for hearing impaired. Who are we? Oticon Medical is a market leading manufacturer of bone anchored and cochlear implant hearing systems for children and adults. 

We are rapidly growing and to continue the growth and success we need you to help us build and elevate our application landscape.

 

Business Application Systems

We are a small dedicated team with a pivotal position in defining Oticon Medical’s business application landscape. Our focus is customer facing applications including CRM, E-commerce and web. 

Together we are defining, analyzing and mapping business requirements and present our solutions to support these. You should feel comfortable talking to a lot of different stakeholders from both the top level management, the business and technical departments. 

In your daily workday you will be introduced to a variety of tasks where your everyday will be different. Your primary job is to execute the translation of business needs into logical design criteria. 

You will take full responsibility for:

• Full responsibility for driving our business cases and present to management.
• Responsible for translations of business needs into solution requirements, including data analysis. to understand business logic and provide input to solution design.
• Responsible for identifying and driving the resolution of complex problems.
• Define, evaluate, and validate data quality and availability to form and challenge the overall solution design.
• Produce documentation.
• Execution and implementation of the IT application needed.
• Proactively incorporate and alternate between the business and technical domains.

 

Furthermore, your role is to propose and evaluate pragmatic solutions for our relevant stakeholders. 

You will report to the Sr. Manager for Finance & Business Systems.

 

Success criteria’s

As our new IT business consultant, you have completed a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in IT, Business, technical degree or economy with min. 2 years of experience in a similar role. 

We consider it a plus if you have knowledge in Dynamics, and Salesforce. 

You should be able to thrive in an organization that moves fast and is changing. The level of your organizational skills will be challenged while carrying out many different stakeholders needs in a busy and changing environment. 

To be able to feel success in your role, you have been driving project deliverables in the quality and on time agreed upon. We have a lot of applications systems that we would like to build and it is important you are able to plan, organize and follow up on targets as well as stakeholders. 

You communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally. Additional language proficiencies are meriting.
