Are you ready to take lead on an extensive business transformation program which will introduce new internal operating systems and business processes to Vestas' global Service organisation as well as preparing functions world-wide for an accelerated introduction of new eBusiness & digital customer services? Vestas Global Service, eBusiness & Global Processes Vestas' global service business was spun out as a separate business unit during 2014 due to the growing commercial and strategic significance of the service business. With our corporate strategy "Profitable Growth for Vestas" we have communicated specific, ambitious growth targets for service in coming three years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally. The eBusiness & Global Processes team is responsible for developing the business systems, processes, information infrastructure and eBusiness/eServices necessary to support this transformation. All change programs and solutions are defined closely together with colleagues across all service functions - both corporate and regional. Responsibilities: As Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall planning, communication, stakeholder engagement and roll-out management across multiple new systems- and business process implementation initiatives across Vestas' global Service organisation. Your responsibilities: Develop organisational impact assessment to identify and plan how to address gaps before implementation of new solutions and processes. Responsible for identifying, analysing and executing organisational stakeholder engagements for successful implementation of eBusiness solutions, global business processes and operating systems. Drive change impact assessment to secure business resource commitment and support business readiness progress during project delivery. Plan and execute roll-outs with regional and functional stakeholders and ensure local commitment to new eBusiness solutions, processes and systems. Support training of key stakeholders - long distance (train the trainer) or on site (train end-users). Support step-change in Global Service by driving a customer centric approach across all new solutions implemented. Serve as anchor for an integrated change plan outlining clearly what change initiatives will impact our service functions and by when, the significance of the change and the business resources required to lead and anchor the change - all with the purpose of maximizing impact while minimizing disruption to our operating units. Qualifications: Academic degree Master level or equivalent. Minimum 5 years professional B2B experience across commercial functions, i.e. sales, account management, commercial business development. Superior understanding of large corporate organizations, systems, and global/cultural infrastructure. Competencies: Experience with organizational transformation. Experience with change leadership (implementation). Good project management experience, skills and interest. Strong people, stakeholder, interpersonal management skills. Execution and accelerated impact (fast outputs with tangible effects). Superior analytical and conceptual thinking, creative problem solving skills. Ability to create impact & receive buy from management teams and functional teams. Superior written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English.
