At the moment, we are looking for people who speak Swedish fluently for one of our clients in Copenhagen, an international call center. It is important that you master English as well, as all induction training is in English. It is a great advantage, if you also speak and understand Finnish or Norwegian.
The job:
With this job you get to answer inbound calls and e-mails from Swedish customers and guide them on how to use Garmin products, for example GPS. You will receive sufficient training in this. You will be part of an international workplace with a youthful environment, and there is a canteen you can use for a small payment.
About you :
You enjoy working with customers and helping people, and you are very service minded. You have a pleasant voice on the phone, are polite and flexible, and have a keen interest in technology. It is important that you are outgoing, capable of smiling through you voice, and thrive on communicating with many different persons.
Timer per uge:
37 hours per week (at 9.00-17.00) with the possibility of permanent employment. after 3 month.
