Then you now have the opportunity to join William Demant – a leading global hearing healthcare company. You will be part of our Global Procurement department, which consists of 10 category managers. We are based in the company headquarter in Smørum. Delivering procurement excellence Your main purpose will be to execute indirect procurement projects, delivering the best possible results with our stakeholders and suppliers, based on total cost of ownership, quality and service. You will lead procurement projects, contract negotiations and participate in cross-functional project teams. As you will interact with many stakeholders across the Group, interpersonal skills and a robust character are of high importance. You have independent responsibility and significant influence on the process and outcome of the projects that you lead. Your primary tasks will be: To identify and together with stakeholders drive indirect procurement projects within the indirect area Stakeholder management Change management Spend analysis Negotiations and contract management Contribute to the continuous development of Global Procurement Business and indirect procurement understanding You are expected to have at least two years of procurement experience in an international company with direct interface to stakeholders and suppliers. Experience with indirect procurement is a clear advantage. Further, you are an assertive and skilled negotiator, persistent in reaching good results. You should be able, independently, to gain knowledge within the areas of your projects; hence, an interest in technology and an eagerness to learn is a prerequisite. As a strong and engaging communicator, you are able to work closely with people on all levels of the organization. You have a strategic mind-set and strong business acumen. As a person, you are a keen self-starter – eager to connect with your stakeholders and to drive your project - and portfolio - independently. What do we offer?
