Til vort frontteam søges en dygtig og effektiv rådgiver til at udfærdige børnefaglige undersøgelser efter ICS metoden. Stillingen er tidsbegrænset til 2 år. Lejre Kommune har besluttet at opnormere midlertidigt med et frontteam i 2 år. Frontteamet skal varetage forskelligartede opgaver for at støtte rådgiverne i at få lagt bevillinger op til visitation, udarbejde børnefaglige undersøgelser, samt modtage og varetage den første sagsbehandling af underretninger. Din funktion bliver primært at udarbejde børnefaglige undersøgelser efter ICS metoden. Du er en person med et drive, du er proaktiv og har lyst til og kan se udfordringen i at få skabt grundlag for kvalificerede beslutninger indenfor børn og ungeområdet. Samtidigt er du effektiv, så du får også nogle undersøgelser fra hånden og kan strukturere forløbene så du ikke går på kompromis med det faglige niveau. Du vil skulle udarbejde undersøgelserne fra rådgiverne. Afdelingsleder vil i samarbejde med dig og teamkoordinatoren for området styre tilgangen af opgaver. Du har et godt humør og kan lide at der sker noget, hvorfor du bidrager aktivt i teamet og generelt i forhold til dine kollegaer, som du laver undersøgelser for. Du er bekendt med og har erfaring med ICS-metoden. Du kommer til at referere til afdelingsleder for Myndighedsområdet. Om kommunen: Lejre kommune har ca. 26.000 indbyggere og er beliggende mellem Roskilde og Holbæk. Rådhuset i Lyndby, hvor stillingen organisatorisk er placeret, kan nås med bus på ½ time fra Roskilde Station eller i bil på et kvarter fra Roskilde. Løn og ansættelse: Stillingen er på 37 timer. Løn forhandles i henhold til gældende overenskomst og inden for rammerne af ny løn.
