Are you experienced with in product certification? Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your strong analytical skills and eye for details in a dynamic and highly technical environment?

Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…advise and guide the organisation on requirements, restrictions and bindings derived from selling, producing and supplying certified products. You will be responsible for timely preparation of product certification and advise on which directives that needs to be followed to obtain certification. 

You will also be responsible for: 

• Timely preparation of CE marking of subsystems and WTGs
• Timely maintenance of product certification (maintain current RNA Component Certificate and the certificates in product improvements and qualifications)
• Ensure management of certification requirements
• Inform MHI Vestas Test & Verification from a legislative perspective
• Establish communication and coordination with primary stakeholders across the value chain
• Be an active participant in the Engineering Change Management process and be responsible for certification requirements

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has as a minimum 5 years of certification experience, preferably within large engineering/design projects. It is important that you have profound knowledge of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and ISO 9001, and it would be an advantage if you have experience from the wind turbine industry. It is important that you are detail-oriented and can explain complex matters to colleagues from all parts of the organisation.

We expect that you: 

• Have a technical background with a relevant education (e.g. within engineering)
• Are flexible and open-minded
• Have strong analytical skills and communication skills – also in English
