About the department Biopharm is an organizational unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply and we are responsible for the manufacturing of a range of products across multiple geographical locations. We are currently seeking an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) intern for our Business Support area within Biopharm where we are approximately 50 people. You will get the opportunity to join an expanding and high performing team in Bagsværd, Denmark, responsible for performance management (targeting and follow-up), EHS, IT and support to the management of business areas. The position You will support EHS coordinators across Biopharm in day-to-day business processes in Biopharm and drive or take part in running projects. Completing day-to-day business processes and tasks including structured and timely management reporting, developing EHS management system, and support to our organization. You will assist on or independently run daily tasks, conduct analyses, report updates and perform ad-hoc tasks. You will participate in change management and communication projects regarding safety culture and continual improvements with the aim of reaching zero accidents. These assignments will give you hands-on experience with a wide range of tasks and processes of real value to Novo Nordisk and insights into important projects. You will be considered an integrated member of the department and you will receive continuous feedback on your work. You will report to the SVP EHS Partner Internship Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 15 August 2016. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about systematic reporting, data analysis, process improvements and for solving “hands on tasks”. General knowledge about EHS and management systems is preferred, but not required. We expect the candidate to have strong MS office skills – especially Excel, great level of details, high interpersonal skills combined with the ability to also work independently. Our preferred candidate is service minded, outgoing and able to engage and communicate with people at many organisational levels in a professional and inviting fashion. You are currently studying on your master’s degree and are fluent in both oral and written English. Danish language skills are a prerequisite.
