Here is your opportunity to join us and become part of the One ERP team as Change Management Coordinator.
 
One ERP is one of the boldest and most ambitious projects that Danfoss has ever launched. Our mission is to roll-in 150 legal entities to one IT platform that has been customized to meet the Danfoss global business need. As a One ERP Program member, you get the opportunity to work in a high-profile Danfoss program.
You will join a growing international and dynamic team of 15 engaged employees working hard to secure a smooth implementation of One ERP. Being part of the One ERP Program means that you will be a key player in Danfoss’ digital journey, helping to create a better digital customer experience and enabling growth within Danfoss. For the right candidate, this journey will give you a unique opportunity to be part of an accelerated global program with cross-segment, multi-cultural and end-to-end process exposure and an accelerated career/competence development.
 
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and planning training materials and sessions.
• Supporting Change Agents with back office support.
• Securing pro-active and efficient communication with local teams.
• Creating and updating documentation of relevant change activities.
• Acting as “Office Octopus” and the backbone of the team.
• Numerous ad hoc tasks. 

You have an educational background as Bachelor or Master. Most likely, you have experience from an administrative role as Project Coordinator, Personal Assistant or similar. You are expected to work effortlessly in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Finally, you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
 
You are good at keeping an overview and prioritizing tasks. You are used to being self-driven, navigating in an environment where tasks come from many fronts, and have a deep passion for structures and processes. Finally, you are a fast learner with the ability to adapt to changes, dynamic processes and a high sense of urgency.
