We are currently looking for a maternity cover to join our Finnish chat and email support team in Copenhagen.

  • Is capable of speaking and writing Finnish fluently as well as fluent in either Swedish or Danish and experienced with speaking and writing English as the corporate language.     

 

We expect that you have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.   

 

 It will be an advantage if you also have:

  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within IT.
  • A technical background within IT.     

 

We offer

A full-time maternity cover, with many different tasks and challenges, in an exciting and rapidly growing company. You will get paid during your time of training, and you will also get your own personal domain and web space.

 

Job type, working hours and start date

The position is full-time and minimum 22,5 hours per week. Your working hours will be planned on a schedule with 4,5 hours each day. Sometimes you are expected to work weekends or evenings. Anticipated start date is in the beginning of September, 2015.
