We are currently looking for a full time supporter to join our German chat and email support team in Copenhagen.

  • Is capable of speaking and writing German fluently and speaks and writes English on a professional level.

 

We expect that you have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.

 

It will be an advantage if you also have:

  • Creating web sites (HTML, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Joomla etc.)
  • Domains and webhosting
  • IT Support

 

We offer

A flexible position with a minimum of 30 hours per week with many different tasks and challenges in anexciting and rapidly growing company. The working hours will be scheduled in advance from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00, with an hourly rate of 123DKK.

Bonuses for work after 18:00, weekends and holidays. Saturdays and Sundays you'll have the possibility towork from home.

A nice lunch program and your own personal domain and web space.
