For CIM Implementation we need a self-driven project manager with a global mindset, business flair and focus on customer needs. Technology & Service solutions/Service Engineering/Implementation & Training/CIM Implementation, Vestas Wind Systems A/S The department is responsible for the implementation of new technologies and solutions across the entire fleet of wind turbines. These projects are managed in close cooperation with the engineering departments and Sales Business Units. CIM Implementation is synonymous with professionalism, anchored in a lean CIM Process structure, where we offer our employees a good working environment with openness, passion and willpower as the daily ingredients to embrace the exciting tasks. Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of projects Leading and motivating the involved project members Keeping the projects on track to fulfil the scope on time and within financials Progress reporting and communication to relevant stakeholders Risk assessments before release of upgrades to the field Prototype testing in the field and validation of technical solutions Develop and deploy concepts and plans comprising methodologies, time studies, resources, competencies, tools and plans Contact to external service providers, contractors and sub supplier Qualifications: The successful candidate will minimum have a bachelor degree (mechanical / electrical) Minimum 5 years of professional work experience from an international company – preferable within the wind turbine industry Competencies: You have an extensive knowledge of IT tools such as SAP, MS Office and MS Projects Understanding of financial issues You are self-driven and able to work under pressure while handling multiple simultaneous tasks you have the ability to successfully lead and motivate the persons involved in your projects Ability to speak and write English fluently What we offer: We offer a challenging job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development at the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturer.
