- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg We are looking for a new colleague with interest in the area of diabetes to take up a position as Clinical Trial Administrator. Global Development is responsible for new products based on peptides and proteins from early development phases to product introduction. We manage clinical drug development worldwide, ensuring that processes meet uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients. About the department ClinOps 2, Insulin, Growth Hormone & Devices works with products developed for the treatment of diabetes. Our main tasks include planning, execution and finalisation of clinical trials. Our organisation is project-centric and internally we work in cross-functional teams, typically including medical science, data management and statistics. Our key external stakeholders are colleagues from affiliates and investigators. The job As Clinical Trial Administrator you will assist one or more International Trial Managers, who are responsible for conducting clinical trials. You will have a significant role in supporting the trial planning and execution by conducting trial related tasks. Your main responsibility will be to manage the administrative tasks for the clinical team; take meeting minutes, help create presentations and newsletters and establish and maintain trial master files. Qualifications You have a BA in business administration or equivalent. You have preferably administrative experience from working in large and/or complex projects or line functions within the pharmaceutical industry. This will include experience with project planning. Our ideal candidate is proactive, a team player, has an analytical mind set and has a structured approach to tasks. It will be an advantage if you have flair and interest for IT and technical solutions including the Microsoft Office Package. Last, but not least, the job requires proficiency in English, good communication skills, cross cultural understanding and the ability to work in a complex and busy environment with a service minded attitude.
