Job Description

Danfoss Heating is looking for two Cloud & IoT Software Developers, who will join a great team of highly skilled specialists on a journey towards even more intelligent and smart connected solutions. Your mission will be to secure sustainable software development for new Cloud solutions.   • Develop software for advanced heating solutions.
  • Contributing to future architectural design.
  • Participating in software testing and continuous integration with strong focus on ensuring high quality.
  • Ensure that the software design is modular, flexible, and robust.
  • Software development that follows best practice, principles and methods.

Background and skills
We are looking for two Cloud & IoT Software Developers with different levels of experience – one may be a fresh graduate, where the other needs to have some years of experience. Else the requirements are more or less the same. You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software or similar. Besides your technical background, you have experience with agile work methods as SCRUM and Continuous Integration.

Furthermore, you are strong in the use of the following tools and technologies:

  • Microsoft Devops
  • .NET and C#
  • Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
  • SQL, Git, MQTT, REST API

Knowledge and experience in some of the following technologies will be an additional advantage:

  • Amazon Alexa, Google home, Apple homekit
  • Cyber Security

As a person, you have an outgoing approach and great cooperation skills. You will be working in a global environment with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a glowing interest in finding the right technical solutions to support our customers’ needs. You can communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English and if you master Danish, it will be an advantage.
