A part of this strategy is to be more data-driven in our decision-making. To achieve this, we have established a new and highly skilled Commercial Analysis & Reporting team. 

Improve our business performance globally 
From our HQ in Ballerup, you and Commercial Analysis & Reporting team will be responsible for developing and applying market insights to identify and evaluate business performance as well as ongoing opportunities/threats. The outcome of the evaluations and related business cases is used in creating the most efficient product management, sales and marketing strategies. The position will cover collecting data from different internal-, and external data sources, conducting thorough analysis and providing valid recommendations to guide our senior management and other stakeholders. 

To accomplish this, you will:
• Ensure strong forecasting accuracy from markets
• Drive tracking of new product launches, report to senior management and markets 
• Monitor and Report on market and sales development
• Develop and run market model and business case improvements 
• Product portfolio analysis and roadmap valuation modelling
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive and innovative analysis and models using customer-, pricing-, research- and market data, including our increasing amount of online and app data.
• Participate in ad hoc projects i.e. Strategy development and Data Excellence or in other parts of the organization

Commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills 
With your analytical, strategic and commercial mindset, you are proactively translating complex numbers and spreadsheets into meaningful recommendations, which are clearly communicated to the business. You always strive to identify solutions and improvements. 

Moreover, you:
• Preferably have a degree in economics or finance or a similar business administration degree
• Have minimum 2 years’ experience from a position, where you focused on business/financial analysis in a global consumer organization in retail, manufacturing or related industries 
• Develop dynamic simulation modelling based on multiple set of information sources
• Have solid experience with applying tools and models to generate insights for decision making 
• Are an Excel and PowerPoint superuser with good user experience in SAP
• Preferably also experience with data mining tools and online/app data analytics

You should expect 10-15 travel days a year. And have the flexibility to work in different time zones, due to a global working environment.
