Join us for a 12-month maternity cover and become Commercial Management Assistant in Cross Portfolio & Administrative which is responsible for managing initiatives across our offshore wind farm portfolio and supplying administrative support to the Group management. As a Commercial Management Assistant in Cross Portfolio & Administrative you will be part of the Joint Venture & Investment Support team which supports asset managers in carrying out their responsibilities in relation to managing Group investments in offshore wind farms as well as partner relations. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to you work. Areas of responsibility Your main responsibility will be to provide commercial and administrative support to Cross Portfolio & Administrative, Wind Asset Portfolios and Asset Management. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •manage and maintain Asset Management's central portfolio material and processes and ensure perfect integration to Wind Power’s quality management system •provide administrative support to portfolio asset managers and the head of Joint Venture & Investment Support (meeting coordination, travel, timekeeping, material preparation, invoicing etc.) •be the main point of contact for other Wind Power functions on recurring cross portfolio business processes •support the preparation of Board/Steering Committee meeting material, take minutes and keep track of actions •provide daily mentoring and support for office trainee. Your profile You preferably have a bachelor’s level degree in business processes, project management, business administration, economics, language or the equivalent. Proven experience with commercial, contract or project management and with partnership or joint venture management is desirable. On a personal level, you have drive and you are result-oriented and independent with the ability to understand customer needs and be a persistent problem solver. You are an efficient communicator and a good coordinator, capable of establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
