For our Maritime & Aviation Solution department in Service Wind Power we are looking for a Commercial Process and Projects Specialist to take the lead in optimizing our different processes. Maritime & Aviation Solutions (MAS) is an integrated part of ensuring competitive offshore solutions. We supply tailor-made, efficient and innovative offshore logistical solutions and develop new offshore logistical concepts involving various vessel and helicopter types In addition to the tasks relating to process optimization, you will be responsible for the entire scope - from creating an overview to ensuring projects are carried through in the best possible way (within the agreed time, according to budget and with high quality) in order to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations. What are my responsibilities? As a Commercial Process and Projects Specialist your primary tasks will be to: Ensure optimization of administrative processes in relation to our offshore logistics operations Define, manage and document processes Facilitate workshops and ensure implementation of processes through these. Support and drive business cases within the Maritime and Aviation Solutions area. In relation to this you will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, i.e. internal and external customers, regional units and suppliers. What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a degree in Business Administration or the like and you can demonstrate experience in working with optimization of administrative processes. It is furthermore very important, that you posses a solid economical understanding. Your approach to solving your tasks is highly analytical and structured. You possess a drive and are always striving for the best possible outcome. You are a team player and you are able to collaborate with people on all levels in the organization and in international surroundings. You are furthermore fluent in English – orally as well as in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
