Ensure transparency across global construction budgets Your overall role is to strengthen the Global Project Management team in Corporate Facilities by analysing and calculating cost and budgets globally and making sure that we live up to processes and internal guidelines. You will be based in the Project Management Office (PMO) and support project managers globally by creating transparency in budgets and managing budgets across projects. Your tasks include: Supporting the project managers in creating the best possible budget/business case prior to starting a project Reviews of business cases during projects as support for the Project Managers Supporting project managers and local quantity surveyors with budget calculations related to building and engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures Listening to the needs of the clients and steering them in a cost-saving and value- conscious direction Capturing learnings from different projects and using these learnings in future project management behaviour, processes and templates Be the projects managers' go-to person in relation to project costs and collaborate closely with Corporate Facilities' internal Financial Business Partner Help us reach our ambitious goals In this position, you are trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done at the highest possible quality.
