Commercial Project Manager for driving cutting edge dispense technologies

The Dispense Equipment Team, which is part of Carlsberg Group Development department, is looking for a new highly motivated Commercial Project Manager, highly skilled project management and a passion for new technologies. The position in brief: - Commercial project lead in development and implementation of global innovations in collaboration with markets - Identify and leverage local/global consumer/customer insights and translate into winning NPD ideas for 3-5 years pipeline - Co-define and prioritise project/concept portfolio to deliver maximum results with speed and market commitment - Proactive in new ideas and concepts development - Commercial project leadership of draught beer equipment and innovation technology solutions for packaging with added value for the consumers and customers - Innovative co-operation with markets worldwide - Develop business cases and align with key stakeholders - Combine internal and external knowledge into projects - Make follow up on actions and deliveries with Group/markets - Support effective implementation - Communication of project status and achievements - Proactive idea generation - Take part in testing and pilot launch of new technology Primary areas of responsibilities: - Accountable for driving the development and implementation of global innovations in cooperation with Group functions/markets and support roll-out (activities cover insight development, ideation, concept development, business case, marketing mix development, testing, launch planning, roll-out support, etc.) - Effectively manage complex strategic, cross-market and cross-functional project teams (Group and market level) within specified project timelines - Champion the stage gate process at every stage to ensure efficient process from idea and concept development, project initiation and development through to implementation - Drive effective communication and coordination of respective innovation priorities - Communicate with other teams and markets - Be part of a strong Group Commercial/Dispense Equipment team and contribute to continued innovation best practice development, capability building & implementation - Make budgets and planning for new and ongoing projects - Secure effective cross-functional cooperation (e.g., with production & commercial functions) - Transform new ideas into tangible formats and projects Experience : - Master degree in Business/Innovation/Marketing or MBA - Minimum 6 years of sales & marketing, business development and/or innovation experience. - Knowledge and skills from working in operations - Experience from strategy development and project leadership. - Project leader education - Experience from international projects - Good skill for documentation - High knowledge in different packaging materials and processes - Beverage industry or packaging industry experience preferred - Fluency in English (oral and written) Candidate Characteristics : - Team player - Innovative, analytical and creative - Commercial or technical background at high level of technical experience/interest - Taking responsibility - Listening capabilities, transparent in sharing knowledge - Good communication skills with both technical and commercial people - Good understanding for International project work. - Good as a salesman for ideas (internally and externally) - Flair for importing other technologies in to the brewery business - Good for establishing networks - Be prepared to work upstream with new ideas - Willingness to travel, 20-60 days a year.
