Our Service business is growing and we are therefore looking for additional Commercial Sales Managers. Together with a team consisting of a Technical Sales Manager and a Proposal Manager the Commercial Sales Manager handles the entire sales project from initial request to hand-over of the project. The Commercial Sales Manager is specifically accountable for the pricing, commercial and contractual matters of the projects. What are my responsibilities? The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing the financial outcome of projects. More specifically, your tasks will be to: Co-drive activities/strategy implementation in the sales team together with the Technical Sales Manager. Develop negotiation strategy as well as directly negotiating and managing the process up to signing of the contract. Optimize and monitor project costs up to signing of the contract/the handover. Prepare inputs for the income side of projects (price and cash-flow optimization), sales forecasts and budgets (country/region). Gather and analyze relevant market data. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a commercial background and minimum 3-4 years of experience in negotiating complex EPC contracts as a Sales Manager, Project Manager or the like. Your past experience has provided you with a good insight into the different sales disciplines and you are well versed in contract and claim management. You have a strong financial profile and always strive to ensure correct data and figures. You are trustworthy and show consistency and credibility in your way of handling your daily tasks. You are able to handle complex issues, maintain the overall overview and focus on the essential parts. You are a good customer relations manager and know how to adapt to and interact with people at all levels of large multinational organizations. In relation to this you can demonstrate extensive English skills – both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
