The offshore area is expanding its activities remarkably, and you will be part of a powerful team of inspiring colleagues. The position can be placed at our office either in Vejle in Denmark or Frimley in UK. What are my responsibilities? As a Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible of leading the commercial and legal negotiations resulting in contracts signed on the best possible conditions for Siemens Wind Power. More specifically your tasks will cover: Leading the commercial and legal negotiations and all business case related items Supporting early customer engagement and collaboration including consulting customers on commercial aspects, financing models, financial engineering and contractual detailing Contributing to strong competitive solutions by ensuring a high transparency and clarity on our customer’s business cases Contributing to bid generation in alignment with all stakeholders Ensuring high quality of the commercial and legal part and overall consistency of offers and contracts Ensuring ongoing commercial governance & risk assessment Leading our risk workshop and reviewing the alignment of commercial evaluation of technical risk Preparing, presenting, and getting approval of sufficient mandate on legal, commercial and financial risks during internal approval meetings Ensuring that prices and conditions in the signed contracts are inside the Ankermandate Participating in knowledge sharing on an ongoing basis by implementation, identification and registration of lessons learned Setting expectations, motivating and developing a high performance environment What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a Master’s degree in law, economics or business administration supplemented with an excellent business understanding You may have a background in engineering combined with profound experience in contracting or legal aspects You have substantial project sales or project relationship experience from international large scale projects, preferably from the energy or the entrepreneurial sectors Experience with multi-contracting in large projects and an appreciation of how contracts are inter-related and dependent Ability to scrutinize multi-contract details for back-to-back coverage You have good negotiation skills You understand the overall business cases for large energy projects You have experience in risk handling and risk mitigation competencies You are result-oriented with strong analytical skills, and you are a dedicated team player You possess excellent communication and English skills In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
