For our Project Site Execution, Onshore market unit, we are looking for a commercial supporter who will be responsible for providing commercial and administrative support to our Danish back office and site personnel. The main functions of the department, is to train and provide site staff with the right competences to the projects, to execute activities on site both on time and in a safe and cost efficient way. What are my responsibilities? · Ensure timely and correct invoicing of site personal hours and travel costs to the projects. · Creating transparency on commercial utilization according to budgeted hours. · Managing delegation-, visa-, hiring out-and other administrative processes. · Creating transparency on hours spent on site, budgeting and actual. · Give guidance to the PSE back office as well as projects regarding all commercial topics related to the cost development or handling of site personal cost, site hour registration, site hour controlling and the invoicing and delegation process. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a relevant commercial background combined with experience in business administration. · Preferably you have experience within project management (managing internal projects or customer projects). · We expect you to show initiative and take ownership and follow up on topics independently. · It is essential that you have a broad knowledge of the Siemens Wind Power business and a wide network in different departments. · You are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
