Vestas WTG Supervision and commissioning WTG Supervision and commissioning is responsible for delivering highly skilled and specialised personnel for any kind of technical issue or other on-site tasks within Vestas Northern Europe’s markets. WTG Supervision and commissioning is set up to work across borders and to act as a flexible and dedicated team-orientated organisation with an understanding for the different local requirements and conditions. Responsibilities: As Commissioning Supervisor your primary tasks are: participate in safety meetings participate in the planning of daily activities on site with subcontractors supervision of subcontractors commissioning of wind turbines create and maintain a good and safe work environment on site daily updates to Site & Project Management of: site status progress as-built documentation secure and maintain tools and spare parts on site de-mobilise site and prepare for hand over to local service handle Non-Conformities Qualifications: A minimum 2 years of experience as a wind turbine technician, preferably with the full service technician education. Fluency in English both orally and written. Relevant technical training, preferably electrical or mechanical. Supervisor/team leader experience are preferred. Solid IT experience. A valid driving license. Competencies: Focused on ensuring safety is of the upmost importance. Energetic, persistent and independent. Able to keep calm under pressure. Quality conscious in your working methods. Able to motivate your team. Very good coordination skills. Excellent communication skills. Additional information: In this position you should anticipate a high level of travel activities in Northern Europe. This role requires a roster of 24 days on and 18 days off. WIND.
