Talented Communication Specialist About the job We are looking for a talented communication specialist to join the Communication unit in Sitecore’s Product Department Sitecore is experiencing tremendous growth and as a global company in rapid development, strategic communication is an increasingly important focus area. We are looking for a communication specialist with a passion for technology and software. In this job you will work actively to support the business strategy and you will create innovative and engaging communication towards key stakeholders. You will be expected to be drive and execute on strategic communication initiatives with the purpose of increasing transparency. To succeed in this role, you will have to be proactive and deliver high quality and targeted communication on various platforms in a positive way. You will act as a collaborative and positive advocate for developing and maintaining communication across the Product Department and across Sitecore. Your responsibilities •Create, update and develop the Product Department’s area on Sitecore’s intranet. •Create, update and develop various knowledge sharing platforms •Create and facilitate webinars and podcasts. •Create newsletters for the Product Department and area/topic specific newsletters. •Plan, coordinate, create and publish news and general announcements about initiatives in the Product Department. •Create presentation content, imagery, slide work, process templates, business plans, org charts etc. •Create and execute surveys •Copy editing in line with format, style and policies of Sitecore •Play an integral part in executing on the communication roadmap going forward. Your qualifications •A degree in communication or similar •Experience with internal communication and business strategy, preferably from a global company in the technical area. •Strong and effective communication skills •Excellent English skills •Experience with SharePoint, CMS and Adobe •Good PowerPoint and Excel skills •Able to translate business needs into timely and targeted communication •Good understanding of current and future challenges in the communication area •Ability to make decisions and prioritize effectively •Ability to think strategically and be innovative •A team player •Must be flexible, versatile and able to successfully cooperate with all levels of staff and stakeholders How to apply?
