We are currently looking for two C&B Specialists (one of the positions is a maternity cover) to join our Compensation, Compliance & Systems team, currently consisting of 5 HR Specialists. You refer to Head of Compensation, Compliance & Systems, Lars Moth Baun-Nielsen: “The Compensation & Benefit area has evolved rapidly over the past two years and we have high ambitions to developing the area further, yet we also focus on delivering excellent services in our day-to-day business, always maintaining a high degree of customer focus. ” Lars explains. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Compensation & Benefit Specialist, you will be exposed to a wide variety of assignments in the team and support the businesses with all aspects of C&B. You drive end-to-and C&B processes, including position evaluations (IPE), building a structured approach to C&B based on our HR infrastructure/Broad band, supporting the business with C&B analyses and recommendations as well as conducting benchmarks and merit proposals. In addition, you may be involved the further development of our global C&B processes as well as the fine tuning of our new HCMS SAP People Portal. Other tasks may include training colleagues in C&B processes, serving as super-user on the HCMS SAP platform and further developing C&B tools in collaboration with the team. As we are looking for two C&B Specialists, the roles are not 100 % defined. As such, you will have excellent opportunities to shape the role working towards either a core C&B specialist or have more focus on our processes in our HCMS SAP People Portal beside C&B assignments, according to your experience. “Because our global C&B processes and organisational setup are still evolving, you need to find it challenging and motivating to be part of the journey in implementing a global and more structured approach to C&B. Also, this is a position with a large exposure to the businesses, giving you the opportunity to establish relations across a global company,” Lars says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You probably hold a M.Sc. in Economics, Business or Finance. You may have experience within the field C&B – either from a process perspective or from a system/SAP perspective. Alternatively, you have experience as a Business Partner/HR Consultant and would like to specialise as a C&B Specialist, or maybe you are newly graduated. You have a strong analytical mind set and are able to make solid analyses as well as turn Excel spreadsheets into recommendations for the business. In addition, you have sound IT skills and speak and write English fluently. “We are looking for someone, who is not only analytical, but also has excellent business understanding. As such, you strive to meet the business needs, while having the ability to challenge the business on their ideas.
