You will join the Global HR team based in Alleroed, Denmark. The team also includes colleagues globally, including e.g. the Americas, Norway and Russia/CIS. THE CANDIDATE The preferred candidate has the following profile: •A master’s degree •Experience from a similar position or from a professional consultancy •A hands-on, practical approach to tasks •Team player •Excellent analytical skills •Ability to work within established standards and guidelines and at the same time contribute to process improvements •Fluent in English •Strong Microsoft Excel skills •Strong IT skills •Knowledge of HR databases THE POSITION We are looking for a strong candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international company. In the role, you will have clear ownership of several stand-alone areas of expertise, while at the same time getting broader exposure to HR in a fast-paced global company. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Welltec your tasks will include: •Project management of compensation & benefits projects, incl.: •Global salary benchmarks •Global job mapping and job evaluation •Implementation of salary bands •HR analytics and reporting based on HR statistics and HR key figures from the HR data (Microsoft Dynamics AX) •Ownership of various HR processes •Development and administration of the HR database •Maintaining master data in the HR database WE OFFER Working with Welltec® means challenges and personal development in a demanding work environment.
