- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Novo Nordisk’s customer complaint system, CCGloW, is built on EtQ’s Reliance platform. Our 3 system supporters work closely together with users and IT specialists to extract data, convert manual processes into system facilities, and support users throughout the world. This is a highly versatile job with broad interaction with sales organizations, production sites, and IT departments. It requires IT/database skills, and excellent communication. It relies on process understanding gained through internal training. About the department The Customer Complaint Center (CCC) is a part of Global Safety located in Bagsværd. Customer Complaint Center is responsible for handling and evaluating product complaints from around the world. We work at the interface of our products and patients, and help maximize the value of patient feedback by capturing and incorporating it back into Novo Nordisk processes. The position This is a permanent position and starts asap. Your main responsibilities are to contribute to system improvements; to extract data and provide tools for reporting; and to support users. Specific activities include data extraction; system development via idea collection, specification, prioritization, programming, testing and implementation; metadata maintenance; and user support. You are the bridge between users and various internal & external IT organizations. This requires excellent communication skills including the ability to explain specialized processes to IT supporters & developers, and to document your work. Together with colleagues, you are also responsible for providing support primarily through our worldwide superuser network. Our users comprise complaint case handlers, investigators at production sites and in Research & Development, and international affiliates. So, in addition to bridging with IT units, you will also work broadly within Novo Nordisk. Qualifications Your education is in IT, engineering, mathematics, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related natural science discipline. You have programmed in SQL and/or VBA. Experience with APEX and/or QlikSense, and/or working under a quality management system such as GxP or ISO 9000 are advantages. You communicate well – in spoken and written English - with non-technical users and IT technicians alike, and in any form from informal conversation to formal written technical document. You grasp complex processes, quickly gaining an overview while maintaining attention to detail. You work in a structured manner with a high quality mindset. You are a completer, but also flexible to changing priorities. You are a positive and open minded team player.
