If you have a systematic approach to your work and an analytical mind-set then we have an exciting job for you! About the department You will join CMC Development QA in our Support department. We are part of CMC Development which is organized in R&D. In CMC QA Support we are responsible for preparing all inspections by Health Authorities and secure the organisation is in compliance with all laws and regulations. We are responsible for the QA activities related to Contract Manufacturers and finally we make sure that all documentation and data are managed appropriately in order to maintain and improve our standards. The Job You will have 3 main responsibilities; Coordinating Inspections, managing our QA Data and finally handling all new compliance Signals coming from authorities. For all roles you will have the responsibility of ensuring that we live up to both internal and external standards. For the first role you will set up a system for organizing all inspections in CMC, meaning that you make sure we have the right resources, the right trained people and the right structure for going through an inspection/audit. The second role requires that you develop a system that can handle and analyse our Quality related data. We need the data to enable us to make solid/data driven decisions on where we need to focus to maintain and improve our level of compliance. For the third role you will be required to evaluate new standards and demands and also secure timely implementation of necessary changes in our Quality system. So all in all you will have a very diverse role with a large impact and cross functional responsibility. You will be working with specialist, managers and technicians and be involved in projects both as a participant but also as project manager. Qualifications We expect you to have solid pharmaceutical experience and have a relevant master’s degree. Besides that you have knowledge about all or some of the following areas; GMP, production, compliance, audits/inspections and/or rules and regulation within the pharmaceutical area. On a personal note we are looking for a result oriented person with a sharp analytical mind-set, a keen eye for managing data and natural flair for organising and structuring the task at hand.
