Description Compliance - Audit – Integrity - Investigation As part of our Legal team, you will be responsible for leading the Compliance Program for Radiometer. You will partner with the Radiometer leadership team to ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and Danaher Corporation requirements. In this role, you will also proactively identify compliance-related gaps or issues and advise the leadership team on how to mitigate potential risks. The job To become successful, you will collaborate with compliance and business colleagues to develop, implement, and maintain our Compliance Program. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Responsible for reviewing, approving and driving the implementation of written policies, procedures, and standards of conduct •Leading effective training programs •Conducting internal monitoring and auditing •Directing investigations to respond promptly to detected offenses and undertake corrective actions including investigation interviews on site •Strengthen Compliance Coordinator organization including quarterly calls, onsite trainings and annual review of group responsibilities, etc. •Identify compliance risks and vulnerability, develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution •Provide advice and guidance on privacy and data protection issues globally especially in EU •Act as a business partner to upper management in areas of compliance Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment.
