Become Communication and Training Champion in LEO Pharma’s global function

You will become part of Global Compliance & Risk, which covers Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Healthcare Professional Compliance, Compliance Investigations, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Third Party Compliance, etc.

With the reinforced focus on Compliance and Risk Management, LEO Pharma is in the process of consolidating and creating overview of our compliance efforts and direction globally.

You will focus on:

• Performance management – creating, aligning and monitoring compliance-related KPIs and goals across the Compliance functions and other relevant groups (e.g. Leadership) in LEO Pharma. This includes benchmarking (internal and external), calibration on the initial goal setting, follow-up, and ongoing sparring/support to Compliance functions and Leadership.
• Compliance Competency framework – ensuring that employees involved in compliance tasks are adequately qualified and trained. Such includes competency framework creation, competency assessment of employees working in compliance areas, as well as agreeing on the training plans between employees and SMEs driving the compliance areas (for example, employees involved in compliance investigations and Investigations Manager).
• Management reporting – consolidating compliance performance results, and reporting through periodic updates, reports, dashboards, scorecards, etc. Such reporting will be targeted at GC&R leadership, as well as global (GLT), regional and local LEO Pharma’s leadership.

Strong compliant, commercial and risk-based decision-making

You will be based at the LEO Pharma Headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, with expected travel of around 20 days a year (could be more or fewer in the beginning). You will report to Head of Global Compliance & Risk Business Partnering.

You are excellent in managing stakeholders, collaboration, as well as able to communicate at all levels, including upper Leadership. You speak and write English at mothertongue level, while speaking other languages is always an advantage in multicultural environment. Your educational background includes Master’s degree in either Science or Business Administration, or similar. You also have experience in project and change management.

You strive to deliver high-quality results on time, and hold strongly to commitments. You also work independently and interdependently when such is required.
