Key Responsibilities Activities includes incident-free construction, planning and preparation, materials and equipment, onshore prefabrication and offshore execution. • Drive an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture; role model safety behaviors and take corrective action wherever necessary. • Ensuring compliance with legislation, Company standards and procedures. • First point of contact for offshore construction teams. • Ensure activity work pack preparation for optimal offshore execution of construction activities. • Follow up on execution of activities in accordance with agreed plans in order to ensure progress. • Follow up and expedite materials and equipment for construction activities. • Stay informed and recommend optimal technical solutions for construction activities. • Ensure and engage in swift and efficient job closure. • Close collaboration with activity owners for optimal offshore execution of construction activities. Who we are looking for The right person is dedicated and takes ownership. Is open minded, loyal and responsible. Have a mind-set for collaboration across the organization including good communication skills. Is able to work independently and is attentive and proactive in all matters and ensure that initiatives are taken in due time. • Relevant technical engineer/supervisor educational background. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. • Offshore experience is a requirement. • Relevant IT skills in SAP and Microsoft office programs. • Good language skills in English, verbal and writing.
