Our platform surveys hundreds of people every day to generate easy-to-use perception metrics that are available online in real time. Our specialists work with clients to translate insights into strategies, decisions and actions. As a result, Corporate Communications and Marketing departments can plan activities better, measure their effectiveness, report KPIs and manage risks.

Position:

Join a rapid and exciting journey of international expansion – we are rolling out our digital platform, insight and consulting services across Europe and beyond, and need support in areas such as digital marketing, client service, project management and general administration. If you’re a good multi-tasker who enjoys a wide array of tasks and responsibilities, and have a passion for technology and professional services – this is the position for you! This position is located in the heart of Copenhagen and is part of an international team.

As we are a small team that is handling a growing volume of work, we need help in different areas of the business to increasingly professionalize our operations. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Support and assist the founders in their overall work around strategic consulting, research & analytics, sales & marketing, and general management
• Manage client projects in the fields of corporate branding, reputation management and stakeholder insights, including tasks such as resource management, client contact, project admin etc.
• Help ensure on-time, on-budget and on-spec project delivery to maximize customer satisfaction
• Conduct desk research, extract and compile data on routine and special internal and client projects
• Support work around the company’s website, SEO, SEM and other digital marketing activities
• Develop social media content and assets and maintain the company’s social media channels with ongoing updates, posts and activities to grow followship and engagement
• Perform general office clerk duties and errands  
• Manage multiple competing priorities daily, taking initiative to assist as issues arise and propose solutions to problems

The tasks may occasionally change, and as is the case in most start-up environments – you may be required to switch to other tasks from time to time in order to support the core team in their various responsibilities. This is a part-time position expected to require 5-20 hours per week.

Skills, characteristics & knowledge:

• A bachelor’s degree is required (combined with work experience) but a master’s or other advanced degree is desirable
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (additional fluency in a Nordic language a plus)
• Experience in a client service environment (agency or consultancy, preferably in the area of marketing, communication, research or media)
• Proficiency with desk research, social media and digital marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks, with flexibility to quickly switch between tasks when required
• Advanced command of Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in handling numerical and visual data
